SHIPPING OR LOCAL PICKUP

Shipping

Your completed programs will be packaged and shipped to the shipping address provided during Shopify checkout. Shipping charges may apply.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available at checkout, select the local pickup option during checkout.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Your shipping address does not need to be entered on the Custom Program Information Form. Shopify collects your shipping information during checkout.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

After placing your order, you will receive access to our Custom Printed Event Program Information Form.

The form will collect the information needed to create your program, including:

• Event details
• Program wording
• Photos
• Logos/graphics
• Colors
• Theme
• Design preferences
• Other special requests

Please complete the form after checkout so we can begin creating your custom program.

A digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before your programs are printed.

Please carefully review all names, dates, times, addresses, spelling, photos, and other information before approving your final proof.

Printing will not begin until the final proof has been approved.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Only 2 custom program orders are accepted at a time so that each order receives personalized attention and quality service.

Once two custom program orders are in progress, additional orders may temporarily be unavailable until an existing order has been completed.

IMPORTANT

By placing an order, you acknowledge that this is a custom printed physical product.

Your programs will be printed full sheet and individually hand-laminated after your final proof has been approved. They will either be shipped to the address provided at checkout or prepared for local pickup, depending on the fulfillment option selected.

Lamination is included in the listed program price.
